CANCELLATION POLICY Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@sageliving.in or +91 9121257987. Approved cancellations will be processed within 15 business days. A cancellation fee of ₹500 or applicable payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted except in cases involving verified manufacturing defects.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS As most Sage Living products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, purchases are generally non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photographs at support@sageliving.in. Upon verification, Sage Living may, at its discretion: • Repair the product, • Replace the product, or • Issue a refund.
