Delivery attempts: A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. Failure to accept delivery may result in order cancellation and applicable charges.
Access & handling: Customers are responsible for ensuring access (doorways, lifts, staircases) and arranging manpower for moving, off-loading, and placement. Delivery is typically limited to ground or first floor.
Inspection on delivery: Products must be inspected at delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported on the POD and to customer support within 48 hours, with supporting images and videos.
Storage charges: Orders held beyond 10 days from confirmed delivery date may attract daily storage charges based on product volume.
Delays: Delivery may be impacted due to events beyond control (e.g., natural events, strikes, logistics disruptions, public holidays). No liability or compensation applies for such delays.
Shipping charges: Delivery charges are calculated separately based on size, weight, and destination and are shown before order confirmation.
