Return & Exchange

  • No return/exchange policy: Products (furniture, lighting, mirrors, décor) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Order cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Any change or cancellation request must be raised within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Bespoke orders: Customized/bespoke products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable at all stages.
  • Damage & defect reporting: Customers must inspect products at delivery. Any damage or manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours, with images, at support@sageliving.in.
  • Resolution: Verified manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at Sage Living’s discretion, within 30 working days after inspection/return.
  • Condition for returns (if applicable): Products must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Exclusions:
    • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear is not covered.
    • Size/fit issues (entryways, space constraints) are not eligible for return or cancellation.
    • Products purchased on discount, clearance, or promotional offers are final sale.
  • Refunds: Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method as per applicable timelines. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Pricing & errors: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Sage Living reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders.
