Cancellation before shipment:
User can cancel the order or the item(s) that they want to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to support@sageliving.in or call our customer support team on Mobile: +91 9121257987.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to User account within 15 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. We levy Rs. 500 or the payment gateway charges whichever is higher as Cancellation charges.
Cancellation post shipment:
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed except for manufacturing defects after investigation of the case. Sage Living Home and Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchange of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or mishandling by the client.
